Overview

Shoreview was founded in 2002 and has raised over $1.8 billion of committed capital across five funds. ShoreView has partnered with family and entrepreneur-owned companies across many sectors, including building products, industrial technology, plastics and packaging, aerospace and defense, business and professional services, life sciences, industrial distribution, niche consumer products, specialty materials, and residential services. Shoreview structures various acquisition, recapitalization, and build-up transactions, typically in businesses with revenues ranging between $20 million and $300 million.

We are not operators, and we do not have operating partners. Rather, we support management’s efforts from the board level.
