About ShoreView
Over 20 Years of Partnership
The partners of ShoreView have worked together for over 20 years and have invested in over 120 companies across North America and the world.
Overview
Shoreview was founded in 2002 by Robert Davis, Jeff Mudge and David Wakefield. ShoreView has raised over $1.3 billion of committed capital across four funds. Since that time, management has gradually and successfully transitioned to the current partners with Jeff Mudge continuing as Executive Chairman. Mr. Davis retired in 2013 and Mr. Wakefield retired in 2019 but remains a special limited partner.
ShoreView has partnered with family and entrepreneur-owned companies across many sectors, including building products, industrial technology, plastics and packaging, aerospace and defense, business and professional services, life sciences, industrial distribution, niche consumer products, specialty materials, and residential services.
Our role
