Burton Plumbing Services Completes Second Add-on Acquisition

The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce that Burton Plumbing Services, LLC (“Burton”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Allen Service (“Allen Service”).

Allen Service is a provider of HVAC and plumbing services and focuses on installation and repair for residential customers. Allen Service is based in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Burton is a provider of HVAC and plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. ShoreView invested in Burton in March of 2020. The acquisition of Allen Service represents the second add-on completed during ShoreView’s ownership. The acquisition expands Burton’s geographic reach into the Rocky Mountain region and adds meaningful scale to Burton’s field technician staff and service vehicle fleet. ShoreView and Burton continue to look for additional add-on opportunities. Attractive candidates will generally be residential HVAC or plumbing focused, have at least $2 million of revenue, and be located within the geography of the Central or Mountain time zones.
