Burton Plumbing Services Completes Third Add-on Acquisition in 2021

The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce that Burton Plumbing Services, LLC (“Burton”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Holland Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and Mr. Holland’s Electric, Inc. (collectively “Mr. Holland’s”). The acquisition represents the third add-on completed in 2021 for Burton.

Mr. Holland’s is a provider of residential HVAC, electrical, and duct cleaning services to the Milwaukee, WI, metro area.

Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Burton is a provider of HVAC and plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. The Mr. Holland’s acquisition expands Burton’s geographic reach and adds meaningful scale to Burton’s field technician staff and service vehicle fleet. ShoreView and Burton continue to look for additional add-on opportunities. Attractive candidates will generally be residential HVAC or plumbing focused, have at least $2 million of revenue, and be located within the geography of the Central or Mountain time zones.
