Diversified Search Group Has Acquired Alta Associates

The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce that Diversified Search Group, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Alta Associates, (“Alta”).

Headquartered in New Jersey, Alta is a leading executive search firm that specializes in placing talented leadership in the cybersecurity and technology industries. As a part of the acquisition, the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), Alta Associates’ professional membership organization, will operate under the banner of Diversified Search Group. Founded in 2002, the EWF is a professional membership organization for women in cybersecurity, risk management, and data privacy.

The acquisition of Alta represents Diversified Search Group’s fourth acquisition since ShoreView’s initial investment.
