Hermetic Solutions Group Acquires Sinclair Manufacturing Co.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Hermetic Solutions Group, LLC (“HSG”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Sinclair Manufacturing Co. (“Sinclair”).

Based in Norton, Massachusetts, Sinclair designs and manufactures hermetic packaging solutions for the aerospace & defense, medical, telecom and industrial end markets. Sinclair’s products are complementary to HSG’s existing portfolio and include hermetic packages, connections and feedthrus, and headers. The addition of Sinclair expands HSG’s manufacturing capabilities and provides cross-selling opportunities within the combined customer base.

ShoreView assisted HSG in its acquisition of Sinclair. This represents the third acquisition for HSG during ShoreView’s ownership period.
