Aeronix Completes First Add-on Acquisition

The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce that Aeronix, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired ITI Engineering, LLC (“ITI”).

ITI is a supplier of ground-based mission logistics systems and associated engineering services for defense aerospace applications.  ITI is headquartered in Orlando, Florida.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Florida, Aeronix is a supplier of data transfer, signal analysis, and communications products and related engineering services primarily to the defense industry.  Products include ruggedized ethernet switches, tactical data link technology, software defined radios, mission logistics systems, and signal processing technology.
