Niagara Thermal Products LLC has acquired Thermshield, LLC

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Niagara Thermal Products LLC (“NTP”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired the assets of Thermshield, LLC (“Thermshield”).

Located in Gilford, New Hampshire, Thermshield is a premier thermal management and shielding solutions provider. Focused primarily on the power electronics market, Thermshield provides fast and innovative solutions to solve a wide range of thermal challenges across diverse markets including power electronics, telecommunications, medical equipment, instrumentation, computing, LED lighting and alternative energy. Its broad product line includes ultra high ratio extrusions, skived, bonded and stacked fin heat sinks, heat pipe assemblies and cold plates.

The acquisition provides NTP with additional engineering expertise and broadens the company’s product offering and array of end markets served.
