Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc. has Acquired Litron, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc. (“PA&E”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Litron, Inc. (“Litron”).

Litron is a provider of microwave packages, hermetic sealing and custom laser welding systems to the aerospace, industrial and medical end-markets.

Litron’s product and service offerings are highly complementary and the facilities will provide a strategic outpost on the eastern seaboard to PA&E, meaningfully enhancing the combined company’s geographic reach. The acquisition will assist in creating a leading player in the hermetic packaging industry.
