Rohrer Corporation has acquired Buckell Plastic Company, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Rohrer Corporation (“Rohrer”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired the assets of Buckell Plastic Co., Inc. (“Buckell”).

Located in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, Buckell is a designer and manufacturer of custom light-gauged thermoformed packaging products for a variety of end-markets. Its products are used as packaging in the medical, retail, food, health and beauty, safety and electronics industries.

The acquisition provides Rohrer with additional thermoforming capacity and diversification across both geography and end markets.

ShoreView assisted Rohrer in the acquisition of Buckell.
