Rohrer Corporation has Acquired CardPak, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Rohrer Corporation (“Rohrer”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired CardPak, Inc. (“CardPak”).

Headquartered in Solon, OH, CardPak is a manufacturer of high-visibility, paperboard and thermoformed plastic packaging to a variety of consumer products end markets. CardPak’s product offerings and customer base are highly complementary to Rohrer’s existing operations.

ShoreView assisted Rohrer in its acquisition of CardPak. CardPak represents the third acquisition for Rohrer during ShoreView’s ownership period.
