ShoreView Activates Third Fund and Makes First Investment

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce they have activated ShoreView Capital Partners III, L.P. ShoreView’s third fund, with $300 million in limited partner commitments, brings total capital managed by ShoreView to $900 million.

The first investment in Fund III was in a business services provider in the Southwestern United States. ShoreView partnered with the management team and its founder on a majority recapitalization of the Company.
