ShoreView Announces G.E.T. Enterprises, LLC has Acquired Bugambilia International, Inc.

he Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that G.E.T. Enterprises, LLC (“GET”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Bugambilia International, Inc. (“Bugambilia”).

Bugambilia is a distributor of handcrafted cast aluminum food service displayware coated in a durable resin designed especially for commercial use. Common uses for these products include buffet presentations, banquets, catering, breakfast bars, salad bars, dessert stations, antipasti displays, cold case displays and coffee breaks. Bugambilia represents a strategic acquisition to GET as its product offerings are highly complementary and will expand the depth and breadth of the combined company’s product suite.
