ShoreView Announces G.E.T. Enterprises, LLC has Acquired Clipper Mill, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that G.E.T. Enterprises, LLC (“GET”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Clipper Mill, Inc. (“Clipper Mill”).

Clipper Mill is a designer and distributor or branded table top and service ware to the commercial foodservice industry. Its diverse portfolio includes metal, wire and paper products. Clipper Mill represents a strategic acquisition to GET as its product offerings are highly complementary and will expand the depth and breadth of the combined company’s product suite.

ShoreView assisted GET in its acquisition of Clipper Mill. This is the third completed strategic acquisition for GET this year.
