ShoreView Invests in MDC Interior Solutions

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce an investment in MDC Interior Solutions, LLC (“MDC”).

MDC is a national supplier of vertical interior surfaces. The Company’s products include vinyl, textile and specialty wallcoverings, decorative panels, acoustical solutions, digitally printed surfaces and specialty paints. MDC serves customers across a wide range of end markets including hospitality, corporate, healthcare, institutional, retail and residential. The Company is headquartered in Glendale Heights, IL, with sales office locations in Atlanta, GA, New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA.

As a component of its growth strategy, MDC will actively seek add-on acquisition opportunities of companies serving the commercial interior products industry.

ShoreView partnered with members of the management team on a majority recapitalization of the Company.
