ShoreView Invests in Monroe Engineering Holdings, LLC

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce an investment in Monroe Engineering Holdings, LLC (“Monroe”).

Monroe is a supplier of a broad portfolio of custom and standard hardware and component products for original equipment manufacturers, as well as maintenance, repair and operations applications.  The Company serves customers across a wide range of end markets including aerospace, defense, medical, transportation, consumer goods, building products and other diversified industrial markets.  Monroe is headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

ShoreView partnered with members of the management team on a majority recapitalization of the Company.
