ShoreView Invests in Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce an investment in Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc. (“PA&E” or “the Company”).

The Company is a leading supplier of mission critical electronic enclosures and components. Through the use of proprietary technology and specialized manufacturing techniques, the Company is able to create hermetic (airtight) electronic connectors and enclosures capable of performing in extreme environments. The Company serves a diverse OEM customer base across a variety of end markets, including aerospace, defense and space, medical and energy.

The Company is headquartered in Wenatchee, WA.

The Company was a subsidiary of Esterline Technologies Corporation. ShoreView structured a transaction that allowed the seller to achieve its liquidity and divestiture objectives and enabled management to find a partner to support the Company’s growth. This is ShoreView’s third investment in its third fund, ShoreView Capital Partners III, L.P.
