ShoreView Launches Test and Measurement Investment Strategy, Acquiring Garner Industries

The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce an investment in Garner Industries (“Garner”).

Founded in 1953, Garner is a manufacturer and supplier of level measurement sensors as well as a custom injection molder with a range of fabrication capabilities. Garner is headquartered in Lincoln, NE with a strong market presence throughout the United States.

Garner goes to market under the BinMaster™ brand, selling radars, 3D level scanners, point level sensors, and other test and measurement devices to a wide range of industries, including agriculture, plastic and resin, cement, food processing, mining, and bioenergy. As a component of its growth strategy, Garner will actively seek add-on acquisitions in the test and measurement industrial technology space with complementary product offerings and technologies.

Garner represents ShoreView’s eighth platform investment in its latest fund, ShoreView Capital Partners IV, L.P., which was activated in March 2020.
