Tex-Tech Industries, Inc. has Acquired Chapman Thermal Products, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Tex-Tech Industries, Inc. (“TexTech”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Chapman Thermal Products, Inc. (“CarbonX”).

CarbonX develops, produces, and markets engineered flame-resistant fabrics and clothing for the industrial, fire, motorsports, and tactical end markets. CarbonX is headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT.

The acquisition is complementary to TexTech’s highly engineered product portfolio and expands cross-selling and product development opportunities within the existing customer base.

ShoreView assisted TexTech in the acquisition of CarbonX.
