The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce that Tex Tech Industries, Inc. (“Tex Tech”), a Shoreview portfolio company, has acquired Universal Carbon Fibres Limited (“UCF”).
UCF designs and manufactures high performance yarns and fabrics made predominantly from carbon based fibers for use in technical and extreme environments. UCF is headquartered in West Yorkshire, UK.
The acquisition is complementary to Tex Tech’s highly engineered product portfolio, thereby expanding cross-selling and product development opportunities, and increasing Tex Tech’s European presence.
ShoreView assisted Tex Tech in the acquisition of UCF.
